GetFit Anytime Diet Tips
Try to follow these nutrional rules daily:
- 3-5 servings of vegetables
- 2-4 servings of fruit
- 6-11 servings of bread, cereal, rice and pasta
- 2-3 servings of low-fat milk and milk products
- 2-3 servings of lean meat, poultry, fish, dried beans, eggs and nuts
Prepare meals with little or no added fat (try to avoid saturated fat), salt, or sugar.
Drink plenty of liquids each day.
Look at your portions.
Cut the fat.
Watch the calories.
